The ac didn't work in either room and when we got there they had us in one room because they put it in the computer incorrctly. Also the receptionist has no personality and the pool was nasty. There were no chemicals and it had all sorts of things floating in there. It was very disappointing and I would not recomend to anyone I know. I wasted my money staying there,
Location was convienent
The room was very nasty, internet did not work, and I was charged 147.00 and when I booked they said it would be 119.00. There was nasty brown substance that had ran down the wall in the bathroom. The chair had sand all in it and on it.
I stayed two days. The room's air conditioner failed both nights. The faucet in the sink did not work properly nor did the shower faucet. The rate I paid for the room when I booked through your service included a refrigerator and microwave. When I checked in, I was told that the hotel did not have available a room with refrigerator and microwave and that I would therefore be given a discount on my rate. I did not notice until I got home and compared my online billing with the checkout receipt that I had not been given a discount. I will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it.
The indoor pool and the convenience to the beach without being at a costly facility on the beach.
There was not a hot breakfast as advertized. There was a continental breakfast, which I do not refer to as a hot meal.
Nothing except the location.
Dirty front door, dirty room, stale & limited breakfast, smelly common areas.
That they did not charge a fee for us canceling the other 2 nights we were supposed to stay, but didn't because it was disgusting!!
The stains on the sheets and the stains on the bathroom door. The sink handle that would fall off when moved. The fact that the floors looked like they had not been cleaned this year. Not to mention the coffee pot that you could not have paid enough money for me to drink out of, and that's just a few things that come to mind right away! Disgusting!!
Location, budget-friendly, friendly staff
Had reserved a king room for 4 nights; upon check-in -- were told no king rooms. On website a king room with sofa was listed which is what we had wanted for our stay - no such rooms. Breakfast was poor in comparing to other Days Inn in which we have stayed.
we were misled. The reservation called for a king room with HOT breakfast. Upon arrival we were told there was a glitch and no king room avaialble. We watched late at night and earlky in the morning there were very few cars in lot... why no king rooms??? What hot breakfast bagels and a toaster? Microwave oatmeal... THATS NOT WHAT HOTELS CALL HOT... NO MEAT NO EGGS... We feel lied to. Alsoi I saw a sign on desk for employees tyhat read " DO NOT RENT INSPECTION ROOMS":"" WhAT DID THAT MEAN????? You should be ashamed to promote this hotel on these terms. The public is not stupid. We come to Gulf Shores every 4=-6 weeks and will NEVER stay with you again@!!
The whole hotel was very quiet
The room could have been cleaner The air conditioner in the room didn't work well, and had mold inside the grate The "breakfast" they advertised wasn't anything more than 2 types of cereal, stale bread, stale bagels and some packets of oatmeal. The hotel is going under a conversion from a La Quinta to a Days inn, and you can tell. A lot of the guest facilities (pool, sauna etc) are not even close where they should have been.
customer service, proximity to beach and shopping
breakfast, shower curtain had mildew stains
indoor poor, spa
noisy, breakfast items not restocked, 2 large towels for 4 adults, front desk not very friendly
Wonderful staff and beds were very comfortable.
Very little breakfast choices.
rooms were ok. location was average.
breakfast was a disappointment. not enough food. not very well kept. outside of building was trashy and not well kept. needs some work
Only if u have no where else to stay ....
